• January 2023: Come visit Opterro at Booth 2429 at SPIE Photonics West 2023 (Jan 31 – Feb 2), where we will demo Opterro’s latest fiber-optic sensor interrogator offerings and unveil updates across the sensing solution portfolio. 
• November 2022: A repeat customer of Opterro purchased FyberSpace™ distributed fiber-optic sensing arrays for its field-deployed Opterro interrogator system. These distributed FBG fiber-optic arrays and UltraSense™ interrogator system are used for defense applications.
• September 2022: A US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities made repeat volume purchase of FyberSpace™ distributed fiber-optic sensing arrays for their field-deployed Opterro interrogator systems. These distributed FBG fiber-optic systems and arrays are used for condition-based maintenance (CBM) in utility-scale electricity generators (> 100 MW).
• August 2022: Opterro exhibited its comprehensive portfolio of modular plug & play fiber-optic sensing products at Optical Fiber Sensors (OFS) 2022 in Alexandria, VA. 
• August 2022: Opterro and Advanced Integrated Photonics (AIP) launched their business partnership for distribution of Opterro’s products and solutions in Taiwan.
• May 2022:  Opterro and Tera Tech Corp. launched their business partnership for distribution of Opterro’s products and solutions in South Korea.
• June 2022: Opterro is recognized as Finalist and First Runner-Up for Startup of the Year by the 2022 Best of Sensors Awards, the highest-placing North American nominee. Opterro was selected as one of two Finalists for addressing the dynamic market for advanced industrial sensors with a portfolio of unmatched modular plug & play fiber-optic sensing products that combine distributed multi-functional sensing and data analytics. • June 2022: Opterro received an order from distributor and partner AR Brown for i*Sense® UHS1.3M-48C1P-PI FBG interrogator, for a customer in Asia-Pacific region. This ultra-high-speed, MHz-range (1.3 MS/s), portable UltraSense™ interrogator provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional acoustic emission, strain, and temperature measurements.
• June 2022: A US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities made volume purchase of FyberSpace™ distributed fiber-optic sensing arrays for their field-deployed Opterro interrogator systems. These distributed FBG fiber-optic systems and arrays are used for condition-based maintenance (CBM) in utility-scale electricity generators (> 100 MW).
• May 2022: Distributor and partner AR Brown placed an order for i*Sense® UHS1.3M-32C4UHSP-PI FBG interrogator. This ultra-high-speed, MHz-range (1.3 MS/s), portable UltraSense™ interrogator provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional acoustic emission, strain, and temperature measurements.
• April 2022: A leading research center of excellence in New Zealand placed an order for i*Sense® HS5K-512C8PXL FBG interrogator. This spectrometer-based interrogator system efficiently monitors tens of fiber-optic sensors at up to 5 kS/s speed. 
• March 2022: Opterro and AR Brown launched their business partnership for exclusive distribution of Opterro’s products and services by AR Brown in Japan and China. 
• March 2022: Opterro received a purchase order for i*Sense® UHS1.3M-48CxP FBG interrogator system and sensors from an R&D institution in China. This ultra-high-speed, MHz-range (1.3 MS/s), portable UltraSense™ interrogator provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional acoustic emission, strain, and temperature measurements. 
• February 2022: Purchase order received for I*Sense® VHS100K-48CxP FiberSense™ FBG interrogator system and sensors from a university in Singapore. This very-high-speed (100 kS/s), portable FiberSense™ interrogator is capable of multifunctional measurements (strain, acoustic emission, and temperature). 
• January 2022: Opterro and Atek Vietnam launched their business partnership for exclusive distribution of Opterro’s products and services by Atek in Vietnam.
• December 2021: A US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities purchased additional FyberSpace™ distributed fiber-optic sensing arrays for their field-deployed Opterro interrogator systems. These distributed FBG fiber-optic systems and arrays are used for condition-based maintenance (CBM) in large-scale electricity generators. 
• November 2021: A global geothermal energy company with renewable power plants in the US and overseas retained Opterro for deployment of distributed FBG fiber-optic sensing solutions in geothermal electricity generators for condition-based maintenance (CBM) and monitoring of geothermal electricity generators.  
• October 2021: Received order from US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities for provision of field support services for field-deployed Opterro distributed FBG fiber-optic sensing systems in electricity generators.
• May 2021: Opterro received a purchase order for i*Sense® UHS1.3M-16C1P FBG interrogator system and sensors from a commercial technology trading company in India. This ultra-high-speed, MHz-range (1.3 MS/s), portable UltraSense™ interrogator provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional acoustic emission, strain, and temperature measurements. 
• May 2021: A leading university in India placed a follow-on order, this time for an i*Sense FBG interrogator system. 
• May 2021: Opterro and Peraglobe launched their business partnership for exclusive sales of Opterro’s products and services by Peraglobe in India.
• May 2021: Opterro and Marmatek launched their business partnership for exclusive distribution and sales of Opterro’s products and services by Marmatek in Turkey.
• April 2021: Opterro received a purchase order from a leading Indian university for Opterro’s FyberSpace™ fiber-optic sensing arrays for cutting-edge research. 
• April 2021: A Department of Energy National Laboratory places a purchase order for Opterro’s FyberSpace™ fiber-optic sensing arrays to support the Lab’s energetics research. 
• March 2021: Purchase order received from a top-ranked university in Israel for multiple i*Sense® UHS1.3M-48CxP FBG interrogator systems and FyberSpace™ fiber-optic FBG arrays. • February 2021: A technology and manufacturing company based in Germany issued a purchase order for Opterro’s i*Sense® VHS50K-32CxP FBG interrogator. This very-high-speed (50 kS/s), portable FiberSense™ interrogator is capable of multifunctional measurements (strain, acoustic emission, and temperature). 
• January 2021: Received a purchase order from US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities for Opterro’s i*Sense® HS6K-64C8P-WI FBG interrogator and FyberSpace™ fiber-optic FBG sensing arrays. This spectrally wideband interrogator offers dense coverage of up to hundreds of FBG sensors for distributed monitoring of large-scale energy generation assets. 
• November 2020: Opterro received a purchase order from a major US maritime vessel OEM for  i*Sense®HS6K-64C4P FBG interrogator. This system provides multi-channel measurement of FyberSpace™ fiber-optic sensing arrays for strain-based structural shape reconstruction.
• October 2020: A leading provider of semiconductor manufacturing tools places an order for FyberSpace™ fiber-optic FBG sensing arrays for real-time wafer process monitoring.
• October 2020: Purchase order received from a leading supplier of defense solutions in Turkey for Opterro’s i*Sense® UHS1.3M-64CxP FBG interrogator system. This ultra-high-speed, MHz-range (1.3 MS/s) UltraSense™ interrogator provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional acoustic emission, strain, and temperature measurements.
• September 2020: A leading university in India purchased a portable i*Sense® FBG interrogator system for R&D applications.

• January 2020: A railroad safety monitoring company in India purchased multiple i*Sense® FBG interrogators. 
• November 2019: A US-based O&M service provider in electric utilities issued a purchase order for Opterro’s i*Sense® HS6K-64CxP (6 kS/s) FBG interrogator. This system provides advanced capabilities for multifunctional strain and temperature measurements.

• May 2019: Purchase order received from a leading NASA engineering services contractor for Opterro’s D*Sense® (i*Sense® HS5K-512CxP) FBG interrogator. This spectrometer-based interrogator system efficiently monitors tens of fiber-optic sensors at up to 5 kS/s speed for structural health monitoring (SHM) applications.
